Celeb stuff. You know you love it

I haven't done a celeb post in a long long time. But then when I heard that one Angelina Jolie was engaged and that Kim Kardashian was dating Kanye West, a little spark ignited. And I just had to do a quick one, but this one has nothing to do with Angelina or Kim.

Well you know how I get celebrity obsessions pretty much on the weekly? Here's another... Dianna Agron who plays Quinn in Glee. And I legitimately think she's one of the prettiest girls ever. She has kind of a fun little website called You, Me & Charlie that has a bunch of artsy stuff, articles written by her and by other people - anyone can contribute which is pretty cool. If you're looking at it on your phone though, it's not that great, so look at it from a computer.

Girl crush.

Ok that's all I've got for you today. It wasn't quite up to par with previous posts, but I have been laying low on the celeb creeping. Unfortunate, I know.

Here are some old celeb posts :
Random Rambling Celeb Edition here, here, and here.
Kate Middleton and the Royal Wedding: here

I just knew you guys were feeling extra celeb creepy today... so, you're welcome.

7 reasons why this week rocked.

uno. On Thursday April 12, 2012 at approximately 1:00 p.m. I left my last and final class of the entire semester. Of the entire year. Of my entire undergrad life. mind blown. And I also happened to be quite pleased with my hair on this fine day.

2. On Tuesday I picked up my cap and gown. And I was happy they weren't purple, because I just don't really like purple to be honest. And then I was thinking "Well black is kind of lame, but I guess not everyone can wear pink caps and gowns."  But then my little brain got going and I thought, "Tosh, you are going to look just like a Hogwarts student." And at that point, I knew my life was complete.

And just a side note, one time I told Clint that I was always jealous of the people who got to wear all the chords at graduation in high school, and he responded, "Ya, well, they were jealous of your social life." Well guess what, Clint? Now your wife is the one without the social life. And those chords are looking cool as ever.

Three. Remember back when I posted about Shine? Well, I was a little bummed because I didn't really know how we were going to continue the project since I am moving. But we found a home for all of the donated dresses at the high school that inspired me to start the project (read all about the project and high school here). Thank you again so much to everyone who donated. I will still be taking dresses up until the week we move (around the middle of May), so if you have any I am sure the high school would greatly appreciate them!

numero 4. Taylor Swift put this picture on her instragram. Do you know what it is? It's her working on her new album. That's what. I.can't.wait.

five-izzle.  I went to a Harry Potter birthday party (don't judge) with some girlfriends that I haven't hung out with in a long time. and it was fabulous. And for me, there is really nothing like hanging out with old friends. Truly.

excuse the awkward pose.

6. Remember how I said that I made my own graduation announcement? Well this is it and I got to send them out this week. Sorry I blacked out my name because I think you are a stalker. Just kidding, but you know, just playing it safe here.

These were just little inserts that went with the announcement.

sevy. For some reason, Facebook forced me to get a timeline. And I was kind of annoyed, but then I looked through all of the posts, pictures and memories from previous years and I was amazed and beyond grateful for the life that I have and for the awesome, inspiring, loving people who are a part of it. So thank you to every single one of my family and friends who make my life what it is. Seriously. I love you guys.

I hope everyone had a fabulous week! I miss my celeb posts. So guess what? I have one comin' up for all you celebrity creeps out there. xoxo, Natasha

This is real life.

You guys. how do we feel about the fact that my dad legitimately had boys fill this out? I am not even one ounce joking. My dad got it from an e-mail from a coworker and thought it would be quite hilarious to use on his two teenage daughters. As if teenage years aren't awkward enough. But hey, I lived through it. And so did the boys who filled this out... Most of them anyway. Kidding.

(sorry it's not great quality, you may have to click on it).

I love the part that says "What do you want to be if you grow up?" emphasis on the if.

and on a completely unrelated note, I am both ashamed and excited to announce I got my first ever farmers tan today. On one arm. While reading "The Lucky One" all in one sitting. productive day today.

High flyin.

Here I am at the airport. (Leaving this snow for 87 degree weather sounds quite nice, don't you think?)

So while waiting to board, I have come up with a list of why the airport is one of the most fabulous places on earth:

A) the excitement of going somewhere
B) I've come to the conclusion that more hugs are given in airports than anywhere else in the world. I'm not sure why this makes airports fabulous, but wanted to share the observation.
C) the chances of a celebrity encounter are considerably higher than your typical day. Did I just blow your mind or what? I'm such a deep thinker that sometimes it amazes me.
D) dressing up for the airport is my favorite. Because for one, you gotta think about the possibility of that celeb encounter. For two, people stare at you like you're important. I have yet to wear heels to the airport because it doesn't seem too practical. But it's on my bucket list. I aim quite high with my goals as you can tell.
E) you meet random people and get to dig into their personal lives and why they're traveling. And this is slightly more socially acceptable simply because you're at the airport.
F) the gift shops are quite entertaining.
G) they always smell like coffee
H) I have this dang cute backpack to travel with.

That's all.

April 3, 2012

just one quick thing.

I think that this is possibly my all time favorite outfit ever from Pinterest. And that's saying a lot.
That's all I have to say today.

Oh and I am still on the lookout for some mint colored jeans. So clue me in, ladies. But don't say J Crew where they are $130. Not quite that desperate. Yet.

Looking forward

Sometimes you just get extra excited for the future, and right now is one of those times.

Here is what I am excited for...

This w e e k:

This weekend I am going to meet Clint in Texas so we can go look at housing for the big move. AND the most exciting part is that this is the first holiday we have been able to spend together since Thanksgiving. Anyways, this is basically the only house I will settle for, so hopefully we find it. Keep dreaming homegirl.

My last day of work is tomorrow. Bittersweet in a way, but it will be nice to focus on school and just be able to relax a little bit.

My mom and sisters coming home from Disneyland. I can't wait to see them. How mad am I that I couldn't go? Pretty mad because after all, it is the happiest place on earth. But I actually enjoyed a really good weekend with my in laws and having some quality daddy daughter time today.

and this isn't this week, but it's coming up... April 20.

Also, I had a feeling you liked Zac Efron. So I also included a couple of pictures for your viewing pleasure. You are welcome.

This s u m m e r:

Gosh. Where do I even start? So many adventures coming up. Belize, for one. This has seriously been on my bucket list since I can remember. April 23 come to me.

Finally being with my husband again. Because he's also my bff for rizzle.

Texas. New Home. New Town. Small Town. New Friends. New Adventures. New Louis Vuitton Bag.

And more on the small town thing... I've never lived in one! So while I am skeptical about the fact that there are only 2 grocery stores and no Target. I am grateful that a) Target has free shipping with select purchases and b) that this will be something exciting and new.

Decorating. Finally. When you move every 6 months or so, it's kind of hard to decorate because you don't want to haul a bunch more stuff around than you need to. This place will be semi permanent (at least a few years), so I can finally spend Clint's entire salary on making our home look fab. He's looking forward to it, I can tell.

Crafts errr'day (that's the rap song version of every day). As you may know, I have about 23,540 crafts on pinterest that are yet to be turned into real life. All talk, no action is what that is. Here are some of the crafts/decorating ideas I will be doing a s a p.

The dog that I am going to get when we move to Texas. But the mister does not know yet. I think he'll take it quite well, especially when he comes home one day and I have already purchased it. No turning back. Suckaaaa.

this guy is the one I want.

My brother's wedding. Because weddings are awesome. And I'm all about them.

And finally... the new little addition to our family that will be here in August.

Kidding. I swear that joke wasn't planned when I started this post. because in all honesty that's the lamest, most overplayed April Fools joke ever. Which makes me also lame. K sorry.

Ok before we part, let me say one more way important thing. City Creek is awesome. I died twice while there. If you haven't gone there, you must.

go there. then get back to me. okloveyoubye.
