oh, you know me...

This is the rule in life that I generally live by.

We finally get to move into our new home. And you better believe I have been doing house decoration crafts like crazayyy.

I am going home in one week. And I might just stay there because there isn't even a Zupa's in Texas. deal breaker.

This is my favorite song right now.

I need some good books to read. So if you have any suggestions, just throw them my way.

Have you seen the preview for Ice Age 29 or whatever it is? It looks hilarious. I also have the sense of humor of an 8 year old so, I don't know, take that as you will.

I think I want to get extensions just to thicken my hair a bit. My hair does absolutely nothing in the humidity and it's depressing. Anyone have any input on extensions? The best kind? And is it worth it?

Hope you're all having a great week. And also, I just want to assure you that you will never hear me say the word y'all. So don't you worry. Texas can't make me.

XOXO Natasha

Precious Moments.

Last night before I fell asleep, I decided that the big moments in life are not always the best ones.

The best moments are those little moments in between.

Like laughing uncontrollably with your best friend, or seeing the sun rise in the morning, or walking outside and noticing the smell of rain, or waking up in the middle of the night and feeling the arm of your favorite person in the world wrapped around you, or watching your little sister grow into a beautiful and loving mother, or riding with the car window down-

Just the times when you pause and think to yourself, "Life doesn't get much better than this."

I have to say that these are the moments I live for.

Friday's Letters

Dear blog, you need a new name and a definite make over. Sorry for the neglect.
Dear brother, thank you for getting married in a few weeks so that I have an excuse to come visit home.
Dear crossfit, I can't feel my legs.
Dear husband, I find it attractive that you like to do laundry and iron your own clothes. Work it boy.
Dearest J Crew, you had a fabulous sale last weekend and if there are two things I love, it's you and sales.
Dear J Crew sweater that was not on sale, I will be back for you.
Dear maxi skirts, you have been a lifesaver this summer and I just love the crap out of ya.
Dear awesome little girl, let's meet because I feel that you are my soul mate child and a mini version of myself.

Dear mother of aforementioned child, I am sorry if you think I am creepy for having a picture of your daughter of my blog. How could I resist the rolled up pants, top knot, smirk on the face and hilarious little hand gesture?
Dear H&M, please come to San Antonio. It's been far too long.
Dear friends, thank you for all the comments on facebook and my blog about my last post on marriage. Blew me away!
Dear floral Sperrys, You're coming home with me soon. no doubt about it.

Dear weekend...Bring it.

xoxo N.
